Rock Legend Chuck Berry passes away at 90

Police responded earlier this afternoon to a call on Buckner road. Upon arrival, they found a man who was unresponsive.  At 1:26 pm this afternoon it was released that Chuck Berry was the unresponsive 90-year-old male. His career started in the early 1950's when his hit "Maybelline" was released. Barry went on to create many albums and win a lifetime achievement grammy award. Chuck Berry played well into his later years even playing at the Kennedy Center in 2012 at 85 years old.

He was a legendary performer and also named one of the top 10 guitarist of all time. Berry will surely be missed and so will his inspirational music and speeches, Berry was and will always be a leader in the community and an idol to young musicians!
