NO SLEEP RECORDS PAYS TRIBUTE TO LINDA HANSEN WITH ‘A COMP FOR MOM’ ON AUGUST 5TH
May 14, 2014 – Los Angeles, CA – Huntington Beach independent label No Sleep Records has announced plans to release A Comp For Mom on August 5th.
The collection of exclusive music donated by the label’s tight-knit
family of bands pays tribute to president/founder Chris Hansen’s beloved
mother, Linda Hansen, who recently passed away in April. All proceeds
from the comp will help cover outstanding medical bills.

A Comp For Mom, set for release
on August 5th, will be available on limited edition vinyl (1000 Hand
Numbered Copies!) and digital download, and features unreleased music
from acts like The Wonder Years, Into It. Over it., The Swellers, Sainthood Reps, Allison Weiss and more, as well as a Digital Bonus cover song from Touche Amore (to be announced at a later date).
